Who is responsible

The controller of your data is IceMonkey Inc., operating as IceMonkey Tours (EIN 92-1888857), with its address at 30 Blooming Grove Lane, Houston, Texas 77077, USA. You can write to david@josedriquelme.com.

What data I collect and why

This website has no forms and does not ask for any data to browse it. I only process your data if you write to me, by email or on Instagram, and I use it solely to:

  • Reply to you and handle your request: a quote for a print, a talk or a collaboration.
  • Prepare and manage the sale, if you buy a print.

In addition, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects statistical data about your visit (pages viewed, approximate country, device) so I can see how the website is used.

I do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles.

Legal basis

I process your data because you provide it when you write to me, in order to respond to your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). If you buy a print, also to comply with the legal and tax obligations of the sale (Article 6.1.c). Google Analytics statistics are processed only with your consent (Article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long I keep it

For as long as we are discussing your request. After that, only for as long as the law requires; for example, invoice data is kept for the number of years set by tax regulations.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or transfer your data to anyone. To keep the website and email running I work with providers that may process technical data on my behalf:

  • Cloudflare serves the website and processes connection data, such as your IP address, to display and protect it. It may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) processes the Google Analytics statistics if you accept them. It may process them outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
  • Webempresa hosts the josedriquelme.com email.
  • Instagram (Meta), if you choose to write to me there. In that case its privacy policy also applies.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to its processing or take it elsewhere. Write to me at david@josedriquelme.com and I will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe I have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
